You paid $24 for guaranteed 2-day shipping on order #NF-88214. The carrier scan shows delivery on Aug 21, five days after the promised date. Northfield's shipping terms say guaranteed-delivery fees are refundable when the guarantee is missed, so the shipping fee looks recoverable.
Lumen Home
You bought the Arden floor lamp for $249 on August 26. The same item is now listed at $188 — a $61 drop that happened 9 days after purchase. Lumen Home offers price adjustments within 14 days of purchase, so this appears to be inside the window.
FrameFlow Pro
A recurring $11.99 charge from FrameFlow Pro has posted every month since February. There are no product emails, receipts, or usage notifications in that period, which usually means the subscription is unused. Cancelling stops future charges; some merchants also refund recent unused months as a goodwill gesture, though that is not guaranteed.
Harbor Grocery
Two identical charges of $78.42 from Harbor Grocery posted on August 29 at 6:14 PM and 6:18 PM. Only one order confirmation exists for that date, which is a strong signal of a duplicate authorization that captured twice.
